You have 30 calendar days to return an item for refund or exchange from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must be accompanied by the original packing slip invoice.
Once we receive your item, we will verify if the item meets the conditions described in our return policy and notify you by email that your return has been received. We will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned product. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item(s).
Discounted and Clearance items are only eligible for store credit or exchange when returned. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item(s).
Promotional giveaways (ie: contest winners, free t-shirts, etc.) are not eligible for refund or exchange unless received in damaged condition. See our damaged product policy.
Any items received in damaged condition will be eligible for return or exchange at no additional cost to the customer. Notification of damage must be received within 7 days of the date you received it.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to fulfillment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event that additional information is needed to fulfill your order and you have not responded to our inquiries after 30 days your order will be cancelled.
If shipping & handling fees have not been paid after 30 days your order will be cancelled.
IN OFFICE PICK-UP
All orders placed for pick-up in office will not be charged shipping and handling fees. Items must be picked up within 30 days from notification that your order is ready or the order will be cancelled. If you are unable to pickup you may contact email@example.com to change your shipping preference and we will bill you for the shipping fees.
