How soon will my order ship out?

Newly added items will ship in 2-4 weeks from order date. Regularly stocked items should ship in 3-5 days unless we experience a high volume of orders at once.

**Promotional orders from HLA giveaways are pre-orders. Please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently BlueEagle store accepts payments through PayPal.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please create an account. Upon login you will see a list of all orders and the fulfillment status. Click on the order number to the left to see more details about the order.

How do I know what size to order?

Each shirt has a size chart attached to it.

Can I pick up my shirt?

Yes, orders can be picked up at our Jackson, TN location. Choose "Pick-up in office" at checkout. All orders placed for pick-up in office will not be charged shipping and handling fees. Items must be picked up within 30 days from notification that your order is ready or the order will be cancelled. If you are unable to pickup you may contact blueeaglestore@homelifeacademy.com to change your shipping preference and we will bill you for the shipping fees. Pickup location is 3563 Hwy 45 N, Jackson, TN 38305.

Do you offer graduation supplies or class rings?

No, Blue Eagle Store does not offer these products. However, HLA has its own line of graduation supplies including class rings, invitations, etc. CLICK HERE for more information on what is available for HomeLife Academy students.
